"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control." (in Galatians 5:21-22)
I think this is something deeper than words, which we need for the Holy Spirit to produce in us. And then we discover how we become in this fruit.

We seek You, O God our Father, to grow us in Your fruit which is Jesus being formed in us as our new inner Person > Galatians 4:19, Galatians 2:20.
It helps to refuse to give in to what is not love's goodness and peace and joy and gentle and humble self-control.
"Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life, so that I may rejoice in the day of Christ that I have not run in vain or labored in vain." (Philippians 2:14-16)
So, we need to not feed on complaining and arguing. These are anti-love and not what brings the fruit of God's love in our nature.
