Well, not exactly. Matthew and Luke did not say: before the rooster crows once. So, there is no formal first-order logical contradiction. Strangely, Matthew and Luke didn't bother counting the first crow. Perhaps they skipped that and focused only on the second crow, which was the primary crow.
Luke agreed in 22:34 “Truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “this very night, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times.”
But then, in Mark 14:34 But Jesus replied, "I tell you, Peter, the rooster will not crow today until you have denied three times that you know Me."
