The apostles didn't get it either since he was in a crowd. If virtue was a tangible object, then the method of "touching" is metaphysical.
Well now you're talking about an entirely different incident, and there's nothing about His "virtue" being drained. The woman touched the fringes of His clothing, the Lord's own divine power healed her, and Jesus then turns and talks to the woman. And there was nothing metaphysical, she literally and physically touched the fringes of His garment.
We are talking about when Mary Magdalene saw the Lord after He had been raised, the Lord told her not to cling to Him because He was still to ascend and return to the Father.
Perhaps you could share why you think these two incidents are related, and elaborate on this whole virtue draining stuff.
