Not a problem brother. No need to apologize.

Listen, we have a lot of type A personalities here. We need to come to some sort of compromise on issues. Collaboration (see Steven Covey's 7 Habits) would be nice, but compromise may be the only way.

I personally think we need to get the basics down first, and then work our way up on the issues we need to address. Perhaps an outline of what is needed and in the order it should be done? If this has already been done, great!

How about if the Anglicans start a thread bickering over women's ordination or whatever and you don't want to read about it you just don't click on the link? Likewise, if they could care less about the Baklava debate I won't hold it against them if they don't join in the thread. That's the beauty of such a forum vs. a list serve. You can pick which topics you read.

Here is the thing...

I am seeing folks suggest Anglican is Protestant and Catholic.

I have tons to learn about the Anglican Church, but the thing that impresses me is that the hot topics are not found in the ancient teachings...


NOW, we can just skip this vote and get into it...if an Anglican would like.

It sounds good, but that will remain to be seen.

I think the threads on that topic should be limited.

AS another thread suggests, that Apostolic should be male Bishops, as was always the case.

So this is a difficult decision especially since the concept is not Apostolic.

However, I feel that if Anglicans wanted an opinion from somebody else on the subject I don't see why that part would be a problem.
