What percentage difference in temperature is caused by AGW?

Of the industrial era warming? Roughly 100%.

Based on known cycles (solar activity, Milankovich, etc), earth should be undergoing a very mild cooling phase right now.

Instead, it's undergoing a scarily rapid warming.

It is structured so that poor people are given higher rebates so the impact on them is ALMOST nonexistent.

as others point out all the whining about the cost of combating climate change is so stupid when put against the cost of not doing it. Of course the people getting rich off ignoring climate change arn't the ones that will have to pay for it so who cares.

I'm reminded of the story my sister tells of working at safeway in a small town where the local fishermen would activly destroy and boycott a store if they sold farmed fish because they were angry about regulations not letting them fish all they wanted, and my thought was and it wouldn't allow them to give the job to their children, and i'm thinking DUDE it's that way so there will be fish for your grand children to catch.
