Taking this opposite POV: This site has a lot of information but I can't tell if they are validating something or debunking it or claiming that the twitter account was changed 40 minutes after it posted or ...

https://www.truthorfiction.com/rubyfreeman_georgia-instagram-post/

Not including this in the OP because it appears to be questionable.

Ruby Freeman: Georgia Poll Worker Arrested by FBI After Confessing to Election Fraud on Instagram?

"It turns out that the now-deleted Instagram account, which went by @RubyFreeman_Georgia, was created the same day the message was posted and did not belong to Freeman. The user behind the account also admitted that the account was started as a shell account in an attempt to get people to stop spreading disinformation."

They are clearly debunking it. They show the Instagram account was created on Dec. 4, around the time the post was made. They show Lin Wood (of Kraken fame) originally RT the information and then, a day later, saying he found it is "was not authenticated" and not to believe it. Of course, the most crucial point, with that posted on Instagram the state of Georgia and likely Barr's DoJ would have fully investigated the claims by now.

hmmmm interesting.. post #2 gets more responses than the OP so far :)

I laughed at the sensationalist headline if that’s any help?

Ruby Freeman, Her Daughter, Ralph Jones, Sr. Who Works for Radical Sen Candidate Warnock Linked to Stacy Abrams - Geller Report News

Ok, so the Reverend for no apparent reason is now a ‘radical’ and we’re supposed to be shocked that the Georgian Democratic candidate for the Senate is ‘linked’ to Stacey Abrams, one of the most prominent Democrats in Georgia?

Yeah it’s worth a chuckle or two.

I think it is utterly unconscionable that anyone would name their daughter Ralph.

That is pretty bad :)

... but in this case that is another person.. (commas can't live with 'em can't live without 'em)

A few decades ago, the US had a silly TV show called "Green Acres" which had a lady carpenter named Ralph. There was also a pig named Arnold Ziffel who is currently buried at Forest Lawn, LA.

Georgia election workers suing conspiracy website over ‘campaign of lies’
In a lawsuit filed Thursday, Ruby Freeman and her daughter allege how they became the target of a feedback loop of misinformation that included President Donald Trump.

Two Georgia election workers who became the target of conspiracy theories around the 2020 election are suing The Gateway Pundit, a far-right website that published false information about them as part of a sweeping effort to sow doubt about the integrity of the vote.

Gateway Pundit’s articles began when they identified Freeman in a surveillance video from a Georgia voting center first presented by Trump campaign lawyer Jacki Pick to Georgia’s State Senate on Dec. 3. Pick claimed someone who “had the name Ruby across her shirt somewhere” found a “suitcase” full of ballots from “underneath a table.”

The claims were quickly dismissed by both Georgia’s secretary of state and its Bureau of Investigation, who said there was no suitcase. Election workers, who had been previously told to stop counting ballots and pack up for the night, were told to re-start the ballot count, and Freeman was simply continuing her work.

Gateway Pundit articles continued to accuse Freeman and Moss of voter fraud throughout the spring and summer.

At the height of the harassment, Freeman said strangers twice attempted to push into her home to “make a citizens’ arrest,” the lawsuit alleges. Freeman was eventually forced to shutter her business and flee her home for two months at the recommendation of the FBI, the suit says.

In a lawsuit filed Thursday, Ruby Freeman and her daughter allege how they became the target of a feedback loop of misinformation that included President Donald Trump.

Two election workers who counted votes for the 2020 presidential election filed a defamation lawsuit Thursday against the parent company of One America News, senior staff at the far-right TV network and Rudolph W. Giuliani, who served as a personal lawyer to former president Donald Trump.

Ruby Freeman and her daughter Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, who worked in Fulton County, Ga., allege that One America News and Giuliani, who frequently appears on the network, knowingly spread misinformation about them, including falsehoods that they logged illegal ballots for Joe Biden in the election.

The two women “have become objects of vitriol, threats, and harassment … because of a campaign of malicious lies,” their attorneys wrote in the suit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. “Deliberate efforts to spread disinformation about America’s election workers undermine the integrity of American elections … and accordingly, threaten democracy.”

Unhinged political passion has ruined many lives. I certainly hope Moss and Freeman are compensated well by our justice system. I reckon we've probably seen the days of Rudy Giuliani being respected by the American public finally coming to an end. I hope that insurance policy hasn't expired.

The harassment campaign against campaign workers is unconscionable. I hope Freeman and Moss are compensated for a hellish year.

OAN Finally Admits ‘No Widespread Voter Fraud’ After Settling Defamation Suit

The right-wing cable network One America News Network on Monday ran a pre-recorded 30-second segment acknowledging that there was “no widespread voter fraud” by Georgia election workers in the 2020 presidential election. The segment appears to be part of a recent settlement relating to a defamation lawsuit brought against the network by two such workers.

The segment notes that an investigation by state officials into unsubstantiated claims of widespread voter fraud made by ex-President Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani turned up nothing. “The results of this investigation indicate that Ruby Freeman and Wandrea ‘Shaye’ Moss did not engage in ballot fraud or criminal misconduct,” a narrator states.

ATLANTA (AP) — After the 2020 election, a Georgia poll worker who was falsely accused of voting fraud by former President Donald Trump was pressured and threatened with imprisonment during a meeting arranged with the help of an ally of the Trump campaign, a prosecutor said in a court filing Friday.

OP made a big deal about her lawyering up. Could be because Trump's goons were threatening her with imprisonment. In the end, of course, she and her daughter were vindicated, and the liars exposed.

Giuliani Ordered to Pay Georgia Election Workers’ Attorney Fees

Rudy Giuliani was ordered to pay the attorney fees of two Georgia election workers suing him for defamation, after a judge found he failed to comply with his obligations to turn over evidence in the case.
Howell wrote that Giuliani had failed to show that his resistance to the plaintiffs’ discovery requests was “substantially justified,” which meant he was required to pay their attorney fees.

Not that there was any doubt, but...

Georgia poll workers accused in Trump-backed conspiracy theories cleared of election fraud allegations

Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss were targets of baseless claims by election deniers.

Trump's personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, appeared before a committee of the Georgia state legislature to advocate for their intervention in the electoral college certification -- and told the legislators that a video circulating online showed "Ruby Freeman and Shaye Freeman Moss ... quite obviously surreptitiously passing around USB ports, as if they're vials of heroin or cocaine."

Allegations of election fraud against two Georgia election workers who became the subjects of a Trump-backed conspiracy theory in the aftermath of the 2020 election were found to be "false and unsubstantiated," according to an investigative report released Tuesday by the Georgia Elections Board.
