That's swell, RD, except that it sidesteps the issue completely.

Biden is on the record as wanting to continue abortion on demand. The fact that some abortions can probably be avoided by counseling or something else is a separate matter that doesn't cancel out Biden's position vis-a-vis abortion. And it's something that everyone supports, so that this isn't even at issue here.

A lot of women choose abortions because they can barely afford to live themselves let alone raise a family. The Republicans are the ones who created that situation, and the Democrats are the ones who want to fix it.

Wonder what God thinks about that excuse?

Much can be "fixed" by killing a lot of inconvenient people, but civilized societies do not do that.

Much could be fixed by treating people decently and trying to help them avoid getting into crisis situations in the first place, but sadly some so called civilized societies do not do that.

Back to topic, here’s a prediction.
2020-Election-Prediction-4.png

(For vision impaired users: Biden 319, Trump 219)

Take that or leave it. I predicted Obama in 2012, Clinton in 2016, that Bitcoin would go nowhere (back when Bitcoins only cost $1), that No Doubt would never become famous (I was friends with a band member back in college), and that Behringer would release their RD-9 drum machine before Lady Gaga released her Chromatica album (Chromatica is out; the RD-9 is going through a slow from-the-ground-up firmware rewrite).

Oh, abortion? One evangelical makes a very strong Luke 9:25 case: https://www.washingtonpost.com/outl...d90712-0733-11eb-859b-f9c27abe638d_story.html I personally think it’s a matter best left to the states, and I think Roe v. Wade was a bad case of legislating from the bench. Hopefully conservatives on the Supreme Court are smart enough to see that overturning the Affordable Care Act is also a bad case of legislating from the bench.

Behringer would release their RD-9 drum machine before Lady Gaga released her Chromatica album (Chromatica is out; the RD-9 is going through a slow from-the-ground-up firmware rewrite).

This design must be harder for them to rip off than others. Fortunately, their better pro audio stuff seems to be doing okay.

If you want to have a discussion about the ethics of Behringer’s products, you should start up a new thread about it, not hijack a sticky thread about presidential election polls and predictions.

One reason that Trump won in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania was the support from white non college educated people that normally vote for democrat's. Why do you think they will vote for Biden this time?

Biden has always played better to that demographic than Hillary. She was perceived as an intellectual elitist while Biden has built a career on his ‘everyday Joe’ persona.

They are non college educated not non-educated. Trump had an advantage by 39 points in 2016, in 2012 Romney had a 25 point advantage. Will these 14 points swing back to Biden or stay with Trump?

perhaps because Trump has had the worst presidency in the history of the republic
Many people don’t believe this. Especially that demographic.

Before the pandemic he had some of the lowest unemployment rates in 50 years, decreased tensions in the Middle East, tax cuts that are popular, manufacturing jobs have increased etc. He won’t get rid of energy jobs as Biden said he will.

Biden May win but it is clear that the dems still have not bothered to find out why Trump won in 2016. They don’t care about or want to help half the people in this country. If they don’t need them to vote for them they won’t try to help them.
