Lost temper, unsure if still am accepted

I've been through some awful situations. It's affected my mental health. In addition I had a child years ago and I think similar things happened to them too.

Last night, again, I lost my temper . I'm not sure God's Spirit is with me still.

When is it time to simply acknowledge that I can't be a believer?

There's nothing you can do that God will not forgive you for, accept the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit which is never asking for forgiveness your whole life and dying in that state...refusing to repent and refusing to believe that Jesus died for your sins.

You made a mistake, as did all of God's saints and apostles. God forgives us and we try again. Do you think God didn't expect us to fall short sometimes?
