is there a difference between Jew and gentile in the bible?

The new covenant has already been made in his blood.
Is there no covenant made with the people who are alive for the 1,000 years as they are immortal so they are under the Re:21 set of Laws. That is when this covenant is made:
Heb:8:6-10:
But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry,
by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant,
which was established upon better promises.
For if that first covenant had been faultless,
then should no place have been sought for the second.
For finding fault with them,
he saith,
Behold,
the days come,
saith the Lord,
when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:
Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt;
because they continued not in my covenant,
and I regarded them not,
saith the Lord.
For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days,
saith the Lord;
I will put my laws into their mind,
and write them in their hearts:
and I will be to them a God,
and they shall be to me a people:

Jer:31:31-33:
Behold,
the days come,
saith the LORD,
that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel,
and with the house of Judah:
Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt;
which my covenant they brake,
although I was an husband unto them,
saith the LORD:
But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel;
After those days,
saith the LORD,
I will put my law in their inward parts,
and write it in their hearts;
and will be their God,
and they shall be my people.

Same covenant, Right? Same passage all the way in that chapter, Right?
I would say they are the same, I would also say there is a reference that tells when they will.be made real.
Jer:31:15-17:
Thus saith the LORD;
A voice was heard in Ramah,
lamentation,
and bitter weeping;
Rahel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children,
because they were not.
Thus saith the LORD;
Refrain thy voice from weeping,
and thine eyes from tears:
for thy work shall be rewarded,
saith the LORD;
and they shall come again from the land of the enemy.
And there is hope in thine end,
saith the LORD,
that thy children shall come again to their own border.
M't:2:16-18:
Then Herod,
when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men,
was exceeding wroth,
and sent forth,
and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem,
and in all the coasts thereof,
from two years old and under,
according to the time which he had diligently enquired of the wise men.
Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet,
saying,
In Rama was there a voice heard,
lamentation,
and weeping,
and great mourning,
Rachel weeping for her children,
and would not be comforted,
because they are not.
Eze:37:11-14:
Then he said unto me,
Son of man,
these bones are the whole house of Israel:
behold,
they say,
Our bones are dried,
and our hope is lost:
we are cut off for our parts.
Therefore prophesy and say unto them,
Thus saith the Lord GOD;
Behold,
O my people,
I will open your graves,
and cause you to come up out of your graves,
and bring you into the land of Israel.
And ye shall know that I am the LORD,
when I have opened your graves,
O my people,
and brought you up out of your graves,
And shall put my spirit in you,
and ye shall live,
and I shall place you in your own land:
then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it,
and performed it,
saith the LORD.

In your 'gathered state' are you sinless or do you have to repent your sinful thought to God. Some prefer to believe they are already 'sinless'.
Ro:5:19-21:
For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners,
so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
Moreover the law entered,
that the offence might abound.
But where sin abounded,
grace did much more abound:
That as sin hath reigned unto death,
even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
Ro:6:1-4:
What shall we say then?
Shall we continue in sin,
that grace may abound?
God forbid.
How shall we,
that are dead to sin,
live any longer therein?
Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death:
that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father,
even so we also should walk in newness of life.
M't:5:27-28:
Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time,
Thou shalt not commit adultery:
But I say unto you,
That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

We in Christ are already in the new covenant made in his blood.
Should it not be 'I', as it is a personal relationship?
The last supper was about changing the Passover meal from 'red meat' to 'red wine' because Jesus was not willing to kill a lamb as He is high priest to 'all flesh'.
There was no blood involved before he was already dead.
What blood are you referencing exactly?

M't:26:39:
And he went a little further,
and fell on his face,
and prayed,
saying,
O my Father,
if it be possible,
let this cup pass from me:
nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.
M't:26:42:
He went away again the second time,
and prayed,
saying,
O my Father,
if this cup may not pass away from me,
except I drink it,
thy will be done.
Isa:53:10:
Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him;
he hath put him to grief:
when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin,
he shall see his seed,
he shall prolong his days,
and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.

Except that depends on the Jews accepting Jesus and the new covenant. If they fail to accept Jesus as the Messiah they are still operating under to old covenant, Right? Not disagreeing with what you said, just thinking out loud.
What do you mean IF they fail to accept Jesus? The old covenant officially ended with the destruction of the temple in A.D. 70. The old covenant does not exist anymore. The new covenant began when Jesus shed His blood (Mat. 26:28; Lk 22:20) on the cross, and will never end, but only those who are born again by the Spirit of God because they have trusted in Jesus as their Savior, are the ones who are part of God's eternal covenant.

Rom. 8:9b... "But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him." (LSB)

So you believe we are now the House of Israel and the House of Judah?

All is in Christ.

So, in this Israel, there are no more 12 tribes?

Then when Jesus promised His 12 Apostles would sit upon 12 thrones in His future Kingdom judging the 12 tribes of Israel (Matthew 19:28), that will no longer happen?

Gentiles can be adopted into the family of Abraham. They are not actual descendants like he is for the "Jewish" and Muslim people. Through Sarah and the Egyptian women Hagar. Although they do not require a DNA test.

So, which of the 12 tribes do you think the Body of Christ falls under, or are all of us spread out among all 12 of them?
The covenant was with Abraham. Israel & Judah descend from Him. "Jew" is slang for Judah.

God gave Abraham a Spiritual Family, Seed that is comprised of people of the nations Gen 17:1-5

And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

2 And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly.

3 And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying,

4 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.

5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

Thats not adoption, its God giving him a spiritual seed, just like he gave him a natural seed.

In regeneration. When did this happen?

Are you saying you believe the Body of Christ belongs to the tribe of Judah?
They do not belong to any of them. We will judge ourselves, they say Peter or the 12 disciples stand at the gates. Also, there are 24 elders. We are judged by Jesus for our crowns or rewards. Those that are not saved are judged by what is written in the books. The Bottom line is in Psalm 139:16 we are told that God writes the book of our life at or before conception. He gives us all our gifts talents and abilities to bring Him praise, honor and glory. So we are judged by how much we become the person He created and intended for us to be. We are given choice otherwise we would be a slave or a robot. We have the freedom to choose if we want to love God or not.
