They (machines) won't achieve the level of conscienceless (as stated in the OP title) ... our conscience is what lets us know what sin is ... and via that our need of a savior. Our conscienceness is unique to mankind ... machines can never obtain it. Machines don't know right from wrong and never will.

Right. I agree. But the people who use the machines can do good or evil.
