Why is the Covenant Theology Subform closed?

Before everyone starts screaming at me and insulting me, in saying "where have you been!? This has already been answered! Heretic!", Life hasnt been the best to me, I've had some pretty difficult times, and I haven't been able to keep up with this these forums at all... A simple explanation would be fine, and after that, the moderators can close and delete this thread.
so, my question: why is it closed?

I assume because of lack of interest or lack of activity.

It is very odd that they would close a subform that essentially discusses the framework for the biblical worldview.
