Did you know that in even the most pro-Islamic nation, Christians have the same rights and are treated equally as everyone else. They can become Muslims and be treated like any other Muslim. This is the exact same way every other person, including all Muslims, are treated. Them not getting a special exception is not being treated unequally or discriminated against. So why do people keep claiming they are discriminated against?

No they arent. Did you know that the Christian belief is blasphemous to the Islamic belief?
Christianity in Saudi Arabia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Saudi Arabia allows Christians to enter the country as foreign workers for temporary work, but does not allow them to practice their faith openly, because of that Christians generally only worship in secret within private homes. Items and articles belonging to religions other than Islam are prohibited. These include Bibles, crucifixes, statues, carvings, items with religious symbols, and others.

Have you been to any Islamic Countries at all?

People seem to be missing the point, that all these Christians need to do is become, good, normal Muslims, and they'll be treated just as well as everybody else.

Funny, I get the same about becoming a good normal Christian in this country at times.

But what if they don't?

And isn't being treated "just as well as everybody else" in countries like Saudi Arabia and Iran actually being treated rather badly?

Then the targeting and murdering of Copts in Egypt (and elsewhere in the world) was what? Sure, Islamic countries claim that Jews and Christians are "ahl al-kitab," and all this but this doesn't really match up to reality. How many Jews are left in Iraq? Exactly, if you don't believe me, google one word, farhud. I think it's silly and incredibly naive to say that Christians and Jews aren't mistreated in the Islamic countries.

Looks like no one is getting the point yet...

It looks like some people are starting to see why the logic is so screwed up...it'll be really exciting if they can put that revelation to good use.

Perhaps they are mistreated, but any Muslim doing the same would be mistreated equally. The person his/herself is never mistreated except in that they choose to a path that is mistreated, which applies to Christian or Muslim alike.

Only if you define being Christian as chosing the path.

It usually is not for specific acts, it is for being Christian that they are usually mistreated.

That is places where Christians are mistreated by Muslims. In some places Christians may very well be treated better because they are 'People of the Book'.

'People of the book' is a good point actually. Though many Muslims can recite the Quran they do so in Arabic and dont necessarily know what it means, for the they have to rely on what they are taught. The early Mecca revelations (though the Quran is not in chronlogical order) speak of Christians and Jews as people of the book to be respected as such, the later Medina revelations speak of Christians and Jews as unbelievers to be fought if they dont conform to Islam. see the penultimate surah 9.
So yes there are many Muslims (especially of course in the west) who treat people of the book , but there are also many who see Christians and Jews as enemies to be fought. Both are likely to be encountered in Islamic countries.

Oh... so, you mean the same line of argument the would be theocrats in the West use about Muslims having the right to become good clean Christians?

How 'bout that.
