Who is going to certify the election on January 6, 2025?

This is a simple question that I don't believe many people have put much thought into. Who is going to certify the election results with Congress? Unless I am mistaken, it is the Vice President (Kamala Harris) presiding over the certification. Does anyone else see a conflict of interest that could be disastrous, especially if Trump wins?

Why are you creating a question where there is none unless it reflects your expectations of what would happen if Harris, Biden, or anyone but Trump had won? Y'all need to stop. She absolutely demonstrated her "character" when she abandoned her supporters at Howard University. I don't think you realized how much this country "dodged a bullet" (no pun intended for lack of better words) by kicking Kamala out of office.

I am amazed at the way these conspiracies just keep generating. Even when there's every reason to celebrate and be at peace, they just keep coming. That says it all for me; I really don't need any more "realizations," but thanks.
