What Prevents The LDS From Being Saved

The answer is simple. The LDS itself prevents salvation from the Christian standpoint because they simply don't believe in it anyway. You are literally from a different religion asking another religion to be saved according to their definition.

Almost, almost, almost..... some truth yes... but
realize (I think you do) that
the lds beliefs do not prevent salvation, as there are some former lds who sought salvation, and kept seeking Jesus, and still seek Jesus (The Real Jesus, not the religious one).
No, the lds beliefs do not prevent salvation,
but, the same as other religious beliefs of any group known,
they do not provide salvation and cannot do so .....
like other groups, they seek members, money, control, power, and provide great deception "instead of" truth.
But those caught in the web of deception, can , God Willing, escape the corruption of this world , if someone in union with The Creator and The Son prays for them. One at a time or other?

A few of our critics have indicated that the LDS will not be saved because of the beliefs we hold. This is a challenge for anyone who supports that view to provide actual scriptures that shows our beliefs prevent us from being saved.

Another reason why Mormon is ridiculous and embarrassing is based on the life of its founder, Joseph Smith. In 1819, Smith was involved in something called scrying. This is the practice of looking into a translucent ball, or other material, in order to receive spiritual visions. The stones that Smith used were called “seer stones” and he used them to receive revelations from God – ‘revelations’ that he would eventually use to found the LDS or Mormon Church. Smith practised scrying by putting the stone at the bottom of a hat and putting his face over the rim of the hat in order to block the light.
