Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.
Christian Forums is looking to bring on new moderators to the CF Staff Team! If you have been an active member of CF for at least three months with 200 posts during that time, you're eligible to apply! This is a great way to give back to CF and keep the forums running smoothly! If you're interested, you can submit your application here!
The bible doesn't condemn social media sites such as Facebook but it can be a sin if misused.
"I have the right to do anything," you say--but not everything is beneficial. "I have the right to do anything"--but I will not be mastered by anything.

Obviously being addicted, posting and uploading offensive material is wrong. I use it to share Bible verses and to chat with my friends and relatives who are in another country.

I don't think Peter was big into social media at the time, but I'm not entirely sure.

I don't believe the Bible mentions Facebook.
