Pushing the Bear: A Novel of the Trail of Tears by Diane Glancy

I don't know what kind of response this thread will get or if it will maybe qualify for a "sticky" but I thought it would be good to share what we are reading ?

I am currently reading:

Judgement and Promise: An Interpretation of the book of Jeremiah by J.G. McConville and

Covenant and Sacrifice in the Letter to the Hebrews by John Dunnill.

The Imitation of Christ by Thomas a Kempis Contempary version by William Griffin

and

The Good Book by Deron Spoo

and as a prayer guide I read

The St. Francis Prayer Book (A guide to deepen your spiritual life)
By: Jon Sweeny This boook is a hidden gem i recommmend to everyone!

I recently ordered F. F. Bruce The Canon of Scripture, Canon Revisited by Micheal Kruger and Biblical Theology by Vos. I should be busy for a while. :amen:

JM,

I've read Bruce's first edition. I found it to be excellent scholarship, along with Bruce Metzger on the canon.

I'm reading a simpler exposition by Anton Bosch, Building Blocks for Solid Foundations: A Study of Hebrews 5:12-6:8 (2017 Eldad Press, Sun Valley CA).

Just finished : " Romanism and the Protestant reformation from the stand point of Prophecies" H. Grattan Guiness
Now I'm reading "Horae Apocalypticae" from E. B. Elliot which Spurgeon said is the standard work for Bible prophecy interpretation....
