I would really appreciate an 'amen' in this post (if warranted) as I truly believe that more would come to Christ after giving these three family members a listen. Honest, funny, straight talk regarding the gospel and their new full time jobs saving souls with great stories along the way. In these serious/tough times this show is blessedly a spiritually welcome relief.
We are only up to episode 50 yet that is 50 hours of our lives that we certainly would not trade nor regret. We fast forward through the commercials yet they are often just as entertaining.
Here are three all too familiar backstories for many of us regarding Phil, Jep and Cole Robertson:
The Robertsons

Is this family still CoC which believes you must be water baptized in order to be saved? If so, they're spreading a false gospel and I'm not interested.
Water baptism is a disputed area of theology but nothing in the Nicene creed suggests that this area of conflict would make the Robertsons false Christians. Correct me if I'm wrong.

If you reject this family over 'water baptism' you will be missing out on a lot and I am sincerely sorry for that. They are solid Christians with a great story to tell who have been blessed with an exceptional family life.

One of my favorite episodes is when one the guys brought a poodle to go duck hunting with and after a lot of ridicule from the others family members, they were amazed at how well that dog did in retrieving the ducks.
I thought that I had enjoyed every one of them at least once; thanks for the heads up!

I'm not saying the Robertsons are or aren't genuine believers. I'm just saying trying to add in a work of water baptism automatically makes any message false as it pertains to salvation. This isn't my opinion; it's Bible truth.

Personally, I think some of what comes out of the Robertsons is funny. But I would balk at anything spiritual coming from them. That's all.

Again, if you are worrying about 'baptism' and/or linking the practice to false salvation messages, a lack of spirituality or likely many other needless hangups you are missing a lot in your fellow brother. I would suggest taking a listen and appreciating just how many of the unsaved that this family has turned to Christ for many years now.

*Update on the above podcast and ministry*
This podcast was pretty new 2 years ago when I was searching for an 'amen' regarding its value to fellow Christians here on the forum or not.
Since then, I have been fascinated by God's work through these three family members and the excellent guests who have shown up to help. The Whites Ferry Road (W. Monroe, Louisiana) Sunday sermons on YouTube by Al Robertson and Mike Kellet have also been excellent week after week. These two craft some of the most approachable messages out there. Al 'unashamedly' uses the podcast (here is a great concept that should be replicated elsewhere:) to flesh out his own sermons and literally 'real time' gain God's word from others in his delivery on Sunday.
My top three favorite sources of inspiration in 2022:
#1. The Unashamed podcast with Phil, Al and Jase Robertson. https://www.youtube.com/c/PhilRobertsononBlazeTV/videos
#2. WFR (Whites Ferry Road) Sunday sermons with two retired good 'ol boy southern gentlemen: Al Robertson and Mike Kellett.https://www.youtube.com/c/WfrchurchOrg/videos
#3. Any sermon connected with the two above or otherwise involving retired Okie firefighter, now Muslim missionary under constant threat of death in Athens , Larry Bowles (his "Truth About Sin" sermon is especially powerful in the last 7-8 minutes; must have watched it a dozen times for inspiration). I especially like the four elders standing there at the end just waiting to fight as we all should for our fellow man in need:

Can I get an 'amen'(?)

Know several who listen and love it.

I very much appreciate that confirmation, tturt.
What I appreciate in terms of their approach is that they are all flawed as all families are along with all of us. If you're looking for inspiration to come in any episode without wading through other's thoughts and priorities, you aren't going to be instantly gratified here any more than in life. Al has done a great job of subjugating himself with humility by allowing his father and brother to shine, as we all should, whether his more experienced biblical insights might be more profound at any given moment. Guests are forced to fight their way in sometimes yet I believe that we all must do this without fear of offending in fellowship.
One of my favorite 5 minutes follows as the show starts to release more 'best ofs' which I think is brilliant for the purposes of demonstrating to others biblical concepts. I wrote in to the show once and asked if this special night could ever be seen as it happened or possibly reenacted with real life followups of those who were brought to Christ that night.
Please don't ever tell me that young people are just not savable nor interested in becoming one with our Lord. While I believe that they will be shepherded much more effectively as some preaching the gospel presently mature much more; saved they will be and astonishingly were in this 5 minute story:

'Epiphany moment' regarding the above podcast series:
I think that my attraction to the biblical discussions here might be the individual epiphanies openly admitted to as expressions of His word progress. Humility in God's word is everything, imho. We witness Bible characters being corrected constantly. I think that we subconsciously appreciate seeing others admittedly look at things differently through discussion; especially those who are blessed to be well versed and who have been exposed to the real world in manners that we have not.
It's hard to explain, yet we don't see too many nowadays simply slowing down to express what God means to them via their experiences nor more(?) importantly what is learned from others.
Phil's little informal church preaching to the saved, addicted or often just plain downtrodden is somewhat of an example:
Pretty much the same sermon is delivered every Sunday for the benefit of those hearing it for the first time and needing it delivered as such. No 'plan' here as somebody may walk in the door needing to be saved or baptized..and if there was a plan..they evidently drop everything and minister to that person or persons.
We need spontaneity in our relations with others. If we aren't constantly learning or open to how God might at any moment (as Zach put it in the first 5 minutes above) 'wreck us' then true fellowship is really not possible.

How Phil Robertson should have responded years ago when merely quoting a single Bible verse almost shut down their popular television series. I challenge anyone to dispute a single word offered here years later as well: (Go to 20:48; runs to 36:10)

I wanted to add a few more favorite episodes to this thread (sorry for the "Truth About Sin" repeat). Between the weekly sermons at Whites Ferry Road (WFR) church in Louisiana and the Robertson's podcast, a huge amount of (imho) quality content is published by this community weekly. I just ordered Phil's "Uncancelled" book so we'll see if it is as good or better than the others. Just plain solid teachings with no pretense nor apologies:
The best alter call and perhaps sermon ever. As Larry offers in the last 7 to 8 minutes: If you do not struggle with sin, possess a burning desire to fight with others regarding either reality, nor believe that you will be held accountable not for sin but these daily efforts to help others(?)…there will always be those who do, always at the ready, until that day. I keep the picture of these 4 southern men, simply standing there ready to fight at the alter call, in my wallet (screenshot below):
Larry is asked to teach Corinthians 7 at a great church with two excellent retired preachers:
Larry appears as a guest to explain the above tough concepts in history and to offer first hand insights concerning fighting for Jesus in hostile places on an excellent podcast reachable by everyone (well known lost sons and a father lost then found truly dedicating their daily lives to the struggle):
