I am generally fine with Trump supporters/voters, and whatever nice things happen, it’ll be in large part (probably) due to the process of President Trump. Yeah, it’ll probably all be swell after President Trump gets done. Golly.

I think a lot of folks have an unhealthy preoccupation with Trump. There's like five Trump complaint threads a day on CF for example. It's probably wearing out the forum. Every time someone clicks on New Posts they see TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP and more TRUMP.

Maybe because Trump is trying to either remodel or to destroy the current world order. It influences the daily life of us all.

Obama or even Biden, for example, seemed to behave better, with the same amount of power. More humble, less egoistic.

lol, k. On the front page of this forum, there are five threads started by each of two different members, and another four threads started by a third member.

Of those top three most prolific/popular, two are very pro-Trump. Those same three also dominate the second page and two of them are overrepresented on the third page. (I don't really start to hold my own until page 4)

I don't disagree that there's an unhealthy preoccupation with Trump - but a lot of that is coming from within his own fanbase. It's so pronounced that the mods had to put the kibosh on describing them as a cult.

Lots of us long for the normalcy of a no drama Obama--or just a no-drama-anyone-but-Trump..

That would depend on the Republicans. As it was, they were all like sheep. Or did they just want a bully to do their dirty work.

Now we are seeing what a bully really is, one who exploits those who seem weak Putin is not having it though. Is he.
And now it it is Trump who is weak.

Probably more like they were happy with his last presidency. Especially when compared with the one in between.
