Hi, I decided to share this with you here for some people who may be looking for new ways to witness. Trudy Makepeace has had quite some journey. She does talks in church has written a book and created a blog and reaches out to people who may relate to her past historical battle with addictions. She is now doing missionary work which she has been called to do.
I first heard about her from a church that my brother in law attends. I do not attend this church.

I linked to a Youtube I saw of one of her church talks. I started where she started talking.

Her blog is very selfless. She is fully committed and is clearly to me being led by the Holy Spirit to heal and transform lives.
Her most recent blog
POWER TO BE WITNESSES

Hopefully this will be useful to some people.

It always puzzles me as to. These people who are so interested in telling people about Jesus. Why do they not have as the main focus of their website/blog the simple message of how to receive God's free gift of Eternal Life salvation.

By belief in Jesus, telling people to receive God's free gift of Eternal Life they simply must believe Jesus is who He says He is The Son of God The Messiah, the resurrection and the life.
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”
She said to Him, “Yes, Lord, I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.”

I am really interested in your reply, but I am not sure I am understanding what you mean.
I have read several posts on this forum and it seemed that some people seemed a bit of a loss how to witness next. That is why I posted so hopefully this can stay positive.

I think Trudy probaby may do the things you are pointing out that she has not, but it would take some shifting through through all of her posts to find. I myself personally contacted Trudy via email for her thoughts about those who are managing their lives as with chronic conditions who are Christians. Her message to me is strong and made me sit up and think what I am doing to serve God. It shook me at first as i am not used to living a life with police involement and it seemed so out there to share. However, it took to about the 3rd time me hearing her story to collapse into tears that was not her driving these things. She didn't want it, her problems started as a chid and she needs to move on and not be remembered of her past. There are people who move on from it. Trudy appears to be very busy though and probably has much less time now if anyone decides to email her. Looking at this I think what she is doing has been like a special interest for her so she has just focused on that.

This whole story is how something can start out seemingly small and grow bigger as well.

I will agree people have a hard time witnessing. But i did not see this person you posted about, as being of any help.

I saw nowhere where she plainly told people how to receive God;s free gift of Eternal Life. On her blog or the youtube video, may be if she does you can point me to this.

Ok, this woman of God is doing missionary work right now. Her last post for example which I looked at myself. She is doing missionary work abroad for example. I don't need to filter through every case. She is going to places and giving them the word of God and some are being converted and through the use of the gifts of the Holy Spirit some are being healed etc. This is just one example and she is clearly doing the work of God to me. This is what she is being called to do.

We need to look to unite each other in this day and age. Some people have an issue with women ministering as well and I know nothing about you and not saying that you think that, but some people do for certain.

Perhaps take some thing from if you have an interest. Not everyone will.

We need to look to unite each other in this day and age and move on.

I think perhaps me and d taylor was perhaps misconmunicating with eachother. Christians do not need to do this as it can look like unneeded bickering which is a bizarre concept and one you would rather not be involved in.

This will be a challenge for many Christians but can be disgested in time. The truth of the matter that will remain iit is the Lord and his disciples did so so it be not accurate to describe as not helpful. It will be helpful her actions and we should be behind her as Christians for her home coming whenever that is. May her good work and all ours continue. Do not take distress out at me or in this thread, take that up with God if you experience it.

I posted this in the expectation that this will not reasonate with everyone I didn't expect them to. What I thought may happen is someone may not reasonate with them they may skip if it didn't apply. Instead of entering into uncessary challenges. Always as welll in this mad crazy world we live in her work will be good. So I had no idea where it was coming from.
Basck to basics
Converting=conversions=healing/miracles=always a good thing in Christianity.
It wiill always be if done by man, woman or child. It is the Work and will of God.

Don't look at my post count either to judge wrongly. I have been a Christian for over 3 decades and post elsewhere for one of my conditions. I read often though. No assumptions should be made by postcounts and I have been registered for sometime now to.
This was an expense to me in ways that didn't need to be.

Lets find a peaceful solution or skip it and take it up with God who always watches.
