But isn't that supposed to be President Joe Biden's job?

If Biden really isn't really the President any longer, then they should just swear in Trump ASAP so that we can have an actual acting President in the White House, rather than basically coasting on fumes for the next 75 days.

Do you remember how lovely and gracious Donald and Melania were during the last transition? I doubt that they actually would like their re-entry to the WH to be attended by the Bidens.
