No, Jesus did not say; " none Ascended unto the Faith before his first Advent". He said nothing like that.
Context is "no one has ascended to [the throne in] heaven but the Son of Man who is -present tense- in heaven" -in Paradise, in fact, where the repentant thief on the cross went to be with in Paradise the instant he died, though the Son of Man come incarnate was at that time descended into Sheol to set the captives free and to deliver all sins "to Azazel" [Azazel is wrongly and ignorantly translated as "scapegoat"], as the Law shows by Oracle and and as the Book of Enoch tells by writing..

To understand why He is the Son of Man incarnate and the Son of Man [on the throne] in heaven you need to read the Book of Enoch [Canon in the Ethiopian Orthodox Church and in the ancient Scriptures/Writings deemed sacred by the studying Jews and the early Christians], which shows the Son of Man in heaven, enthroned, hidden in God, with God, and who is God, "Wisdom" and who was to come -and is come- in flesh as our Salvation -and so on and etc.

Jesus said He is the Son of Man who was speaking in the flesh, and He is in heaven enthroned, both and at the same time.
To "ascend" in context is "to the throne", and we need the Scriptures -all of them -for the context, instead of just making things up with no Scriptural and historical foundation.

The Angel's statement to John is verification that Saved Humans will above the Angels in the Resurrection.

I mentioned extra Biblical arguments only supplemental to my points. People holding other views need make extra Biblical traditions the foundation of their viewpoint.

Jesus' statement from the Book of Enoch revelation is that "in heaven the resurrected and redeemed translated human beings will be as/like/one with/companions of, the angels in heaven"...

1. The church will NOT be Raptured away.
2. The Bible does NOT focus on the Jews. It focuses on the Israelites, of which the Jews are only one Tribe - Judah.

They came to be called "Jews" in the diaspora, and Paul was of the tribe of Benjamin, but he said he was a "Jew". Acts 2 verifies this fact.

Note that the word "ascend" is Hebrew "alah", and Elijah "alah" into heaven.
2Ki 2:1 YHWH alah [ascend Elijah] Elijah shamayim [into heaven]...

Alah is to go up, and Elijah went up to heaven, just like Enoch did, only Elijah and Moses are in their mortal bodies, Enoch is translated to glory.
