JFK Junior, is asserting that he will find a cure for autism, by September.

Some genes, turned on, may be associated with "autism". But those genes
may exist, and not be turned on. And symptoms of autism may be diagnosed
in kids who do not have these genes. "Autism", is not some simplistic disease.
Saying that "I am going to find a cure for autism by September", is as ignorant
as someone saying "I'm going to find a cure for cancer, by September."
Cancer is not a single, simplistic disease.
