Hi Folks!
Ok....so I have a question. Amongst biblical scholars and theologians there is an issue that is being debated which is this new perspective on Paul's writings. From what I have gathered scholars are debating Paul's teachings on justification. Supposedly new insights into Paul's historical context have some scholars holding a "new" view on Paul's teaching on works and justification. This new view of Paul seems to be in direct opposition of the classical reformed viewpoint on Paul's writings. One of the main topics seems to be whether or not Christ's active obedience is part of the righteousness imputed toward those whom God justifies. So......do any of my much wiser and more learned brothers/sisters have any information concerning this new perspective on Paul?
Pontificate away!
