Would this be a good idea or blasphemous?

I do not think it would be blasphemous, there are plenty of biblical movies, animations, and programs that do a good job of keeping to scripture. But it would likely not be that great or would heavily slant towards whoever made its interpretation of the scripture. It's not like making a movie on the Book of John, of which there have been several, it is very symbolic.
