I suppose if you're not worried about context that might sound like he was telling them to engage in violence, but the fact that his response to them saying they had two swords among them was "that is enough." indicates that it wasn't some kind of call to violence.
What other purpose does a sword have?

In that context, to fulfill the Scripture Jesus just said had to be fulfilled in Him. You know, "he will be numbered among the transgressors"?

Like David, Samson, Joshua, and others did?
Oh I'm sorry, they didn't submit
Oh I agree. My point is that we shouldn't meekly submit to evil and become pacifists. Evil doesn't have an inherent right to rule the world and not be resisted. Christian Pacifists seem to argue for the advance of Satan's cause rather than actually confronting it.

Violence in all forms is evil, and "do not resist an evil person" isn't qualified with anything indicating that there's a point that resistance should be offered. So it doesn't matter if its an insult or life threatening, Jesus said not to resist.
If violence in all forms is evil, why is the Lord a self-described warrior? Why does He talk about crushing His enemies, mashing them like grapes in a vat, etc? Why did He lead so many of His people's armies, and why will He, in the Last Days, pour out death by plague and murder, sending His own angels to destroy sinners?

I genuinely want to hear your thoughts on this, as I'm sure you've thought of this objection.
