Literally fake news.
I'm not opposed to this really.

It will be interesting to see, assuming this actually happens, what they will replace these dyes with and\or watch the sales for products dip. Food dyes are usually added to make food more appealing. Clear cherry flavored Kool-Aid is weird.

Though, I did once have a chocolate martini that was completely clear like water with a Hersey's kiss at the bottom and tasted like drinking pure cold chocolate. It was divine. I've never been able to get one anywhere since. They're always milky.
That does sound really good!

  3. Add the chocolate vodka, vanilla vodka, and crème de cocoa to a shaker filled with ice.

I can't take health standards seriously from a country that has spray on cheese.

It's not really food. It's the Essence of Australia boiled downand put in a jar so we can reconnect with the land whenever we're far from home. It's like our Reverse Kryptonite. Don't let anyone try to convince you that Fosters does the same. Nobody, but nobody drinks the stuff down here.

Foster's is okay, but it's honestly the only Aussie beer I've tried. What would you recommend as the "Taste of Australia" for beer? What do "real" Aussie's drink?

Gee, it's like asking what do Americans drink. The local brewery scene in the US is outstanding. I was blown away by the quality of beers in almost every town I visited. I thought It was going to be all Bud Lite and Coors and Budweiser. But our time in the US turned into virtually a brewery tour. That said, the most popular beers in Australia are far from the best available. And I doubt if they'd be available outside Oz. Carlton, Victoria Bitter, Four X, Tooheys? Pretty ordinary brews as far as I'm concerned.

Coopers Pale Ale is probably the best beer that might be available overseas. If I I had to pick one, then that'd be it. Made in Tasmania.

Perhaps you could make Hershey's Chocolate that doesn't taste like vomit while you're at it.

Thanks I'll look for it! As far as the US craft beer scene, I tend to agree there is a lot of quality stuff to try, but, IMO, too many IPA's. Whenever I see a sign that says a restaurant has "craft beers" they're almost always all IPA's and bitter as hell. Blech!

So much for all the hew and cry about cricket protein.
Huh. You know, maybe they can turn to all natural insect colorings? Cochineal bugs are already used.

Mike Bloomberg tried to tax sodas and the right lost their minds. Now Dr Brain Worms wants to kill food dyes and it’s okay.
Eh? I don’t drink pop unless it’s in an alcoholic drink. I’m not a fan of fizz. Water is my go to. Just a personal preference.

It is one thing to throw a grenade into world financial markets, sweep people up to send to foreign gulags without due process, fail to stop egg inflation, or to limit access by the press, but an attack on Cheetos and Doritos is simply unAmerican. Resist. Make America Orange again! :unitedstates:

Doritos are known to be addictive because of the chemicals they use. I can’t sit by someone eating them because they stink so bad. Blah.

What chemicals make them "addictive"?
