Yep. As other have said, rep 40 different people in a day, or rep one person 40 times (can't rep the same post twice though), or some combination of the two.

Post here how many reps you gave and we'll give you 2,000,000 blessings for each rep! So 40 posts = 80,000,000 blessings possible for a day's worth of repping.

A couple "special rules" apply too: rep and post on Friday, and you'll get double the normal blessings per rep! And should you max someone out, you'll get a special bonus of 800,000,000 blessings.
