Relationship on brink of ending...please send prayers & encouragement

My partner and I are struggling greatly.
I am torn between my desires (of staying together), and wondering if God's plan is for us to part ways. Please pray for encouragement for myself and my partner, to draw us near to each other and to God. Please pray for healing between us, and a renewed love.

Father, I pray that Your will comes to pass. That what is godly will occur. I pray for these two that they will know Your will according to Your written Word. I pray that they will both come to know You in both the eternal way, and in an earthly intimate way of walking under the indwelling and controlling influence of Your Holy Spirit. I pray they may both find the peace with God, and the peace of God that only You can give. May they also find the love, joy, and hope that comes in knowing You, and be satisfied in whatever state they are in, Philippians 4:11. Amen.
