I wonder whether belligerent behaviors doesn't always appear, with a misleading pretext, through people, peoples, or rulers whose respectively life, nations, countries have brought no or few contributions to humankind. In such a way that the darkness of war hides and/or soon makes forget the insignifance of this modicum of contribution. Except, of course, if they consider war to be a valuable contribution.
