Every time I hear someone say it they say it like "Trin-uh-teen" but it looks like it would be "Tri-den-teen."

And ex cathedra I pronounce like ex catheter only instead of a ter it's a dra.

Finally, I know how to pronounce it! I never even heard the term until about 5 years ago. To us it was just 'The Mass' (whether high or low). When the 'New Mass' was instituted, it became known as 'the old Mass', or 'The Latin Mass'.
