Probationary Period for Job

Hello, the probationary period for my new job is nearing its end and my supervisor indicated there were some issues that need to be improved upon over the next couple weeks for me to advance. Please pray that I'd keep my job, I don't know what I'd do if I lost it now after being unemployed for so long.
