I agree. I did not believe he was competent when he won the election. It does look like the de facto president is influencing the country. I am encouraged by the following article:

What..? What does the rest of the country think an election is for? Do they think he's going to try to enact policies on which he didn't campaign?

Well, hold that thought for a moment. He's backed off so many promises so far that it's actually a debatable point. Not whether he'll enact policies that he wanted to but rather not enact the ones that he did promise.

Yes, many are already trying to seek destruction of Trump's make America great again agenda. I think hundreds of thousands can be rescued from human trafficking, but the reality is that many have died already and some may never be found. Re-uniting the children with their families in foreign countries can be done, but it is going to take cooperation from many. Trump can only do his best.

Re-uniting the children with their families in foreign countries can be done, but it is going to take cooperation from many. Trump can only do his best.

It's not going to be an easy process but it needs to be done and the human trafficking curtailed as much as possible.
