Please pray for N. He's the son of a close family friend. I received news this evening he was shot several times. I don't have details. But it may be critical. He's 31 with 2 children. Thank you.
ETA: He came through his surgery and has another in the morning.
Update: He was shot Sunday night while taking a coworker home. He didn't live in the neighborhood. It happened in the suburbs. We're uncertain if it was random or his coworker was the target.
N. was shot 7 times. Including the stomach and back. The coworker was hit 3 times. This is his 3rd surgery. He's still in. They didn't think he'd survive.
Incident Details: We have details about the incident. Please pray for both families. His coworker is dead.
They were good friends and worked together. He took him home every night. Sunday evening, they got off early. When they arrived on the block three doors from his home they heard shooting. His coworker jumped out the car and raced towards his house to make sure everyone was okay.
The shooters were leaving the scene and saw him running towards them. It was the house beside his but he didn't know. They shot him dead. N was running behind him and froze when he saw him fall and was shot afterward.
They were innocent. They're keeping N sedated. Witnessing his death and inability to prevent it is painful.
