Praying for you!

We live in an area where we get some bad weather sometimes... recently there have been 2 rather bad ... "systems" with tornadoes, thunder storms, etc. all at once. Honestly, the minute it starts raining I start praying lol. Mostly because of this most recent time, because it was supposed to be "just some rain".

Sort of rambled, but the good news is we've made it through them all. In fact, if I'm recalling it correctly, no one here was even hurt in the last 2 storms except maybe 1 or 2 reported cases but they weren't serious. I believe it has to do with everyone they showed on the news during the aftermath, were thanking and praising God. :)

Oh yeah, and I hope I'm not saying this bragadociously, because I really try not to take it for granted and thank God every time I think of it. The most recent tornadoes that came through here were during my mom's work hours. I heard the tornado alarm go off, switched to our channel 5 weather, and called her at her work (they don't have a TV there) and gave them updates on it. I'm not 100% positive where they would be on the map/radar they show, so I'm always asking "are you... near... _____?" every time the weather guy mentions the name of a street, etc. It turns out, by the grace of God, my mom and her coworkers saw the tornado go over/right to the side? of them before it landed. Literally just down the street there was a lot of damage from it. I can't thank God enough for being there to listen to our constant prayers that day.

We are in Connecticut. storms seems to be breaking apart near us. Still getting some though.

Few weeks back same thing, radar was over us right? My friend prayed online with me, and my sister and I prayed together here. Anyhow sky got so dark, it got windy then like 10 minutes later or so after just one thunder rumble... the sun came back! But right by us all this bad weather did occur.. like less than 10 miles.

I mean the radar was right over us and we got nothing. That is God right there!

Heavenly Father, I pray and ask of thy protective Wing over this one and her family, her neighbourhood and her town or city. I pray that You may change the course of this storm and break the severity of it, so it will not do any harm to anyone, In Jesus Name, Amen
