Please everyone pray for my dad, his aorta in his stomach ruptured and he is in emergency surgery right now. I dont think I can handle my dad passing away, not at this time of the year especially. Please pray that God will heal him.

I couple my faith with this dear brother and you, Robert. The first time I prayed was for my own mom and I was not even a believer, or reprobate or something, but God found away to help my mother, since I said the same thing, I love her and cannot live without her. He is not respector of persons, and if any two or three agree on anything pertaining to the kingdom of heaven it will be done by our Father in heaven. Most importantly is that your dad is saved. My mother denies Jesus Christ now, but the Holy Spirit through me and the name of Jesus Christ is breaking up that stony heart. Thank you Lord for what you are and will do in Robert's life, and may He have that peace that passes all understanding in this season and in the time to come. Be blessed, brother.

Thanks for the prayers everyone, I just got back home from the hospital. My dad only had a 10% chance to live when he went into surgery but he made it out and is now on life support. The doctors said that the next 48hrs will be the most critical, he suffered kidney damage but his kidneys have started to make urine again and according to the doctors he is recovering at a much faster rate than they initially thought.

His vitals are looking good so as long as things keep improving his chances of pulling through get better and better with each passing hour. Please keep on praying for him, he is not out of the woods yet but he is getting there.

As of this morning the doctors have said that my dads kidneys were not doing quite as well overnight as they had hoped, things could still go either way with this.

Guys please keep on praying, call your christian relatives and friends and have them pray too. I know none of you know me personally but if we are in Christ Jesus then we are all family.

Any of you here with fathers that are still alive and doing well give him a hug and tell him that you love him as your life is but a vapor, here one minute and gone the next.

Lord, please be with Robert's dad. Give him comfort and strength. Please heal his body. Lord, please give his doctors and nurses wisdom and skill to be able to treat him. God uses times like this to get some people who are slack in prayer to get in prayer. When my brother was in the hospital with head trauma from his wife hitting him with a hammer repeatedly, I did the most praying I have ever done, and I was the closest to God I had ever been. My brother still did not make it through, and God does not stop His chastening even in hard times. His love can be rough. I prayed my brother would be totally healed and that the marriage would be restored for a testimony and ministry, but God knew they were not fit for ministry, and told me to get married and go into ministry. Anyhow, whatever comes of this may God get the most glory out of it. Be blessed, and keep us updated. Love you brother.
