Trump has pardoned several people that committed fraud. He likened some of those prosecutions to the ones he endured. But since he also told the DOJ to not prosecute under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act it seems pretty clear where he stands. I miss the Clinton days, where pardons were shopped around by his brother-in-law for a fee.
