I doubt Coyote Ugly is PG.. girls pouring beer on themselves, people sleeping together, etc, not PG material..

Anyways, you are going to be hardpressed to find a PG movie or any movie for that matter that doesn't have some kind of sexual innuendo. Hell, watch a Disney movie, which is supposed to be kid oriented, and you'll find sexual comments. It's funny what they can get away with in kids movies. Good luck in the search.

Coyote Ugly is PG-13. I'm not sure if PG-13 fits within the parameters that the growingup is looking for, but honestly, it's a tough question simply because people generally only pay attention to ratings before they watch a movie, not afterwards. If you quizzed me on the ratings of the dozens of movies I've seen, I'd have no idea what most of them were rated.

It would be easier to answer the question if it were simply asking for movies with little or no profanity.

If i had kids i wouldnt let them watch coyote ugly!!!
But i definetely agree with Princess diaries, its adorable and the worst you get is a kiss.. so maybe for slightly older kids?
Also almost everything disney, and the disney/pixar (like toy story etc).. movies like mary poppins and bedknobs and broomsticks and old movies like that with all the fun singing :)

Disney's The Kid.

A few years ago when this came out, I went to go see it with a family group. We picked it because it was the only one appropriate for kids, and I figured it would be just another "kid" movie. But it's really an enjoyable movie for adults, too -- the Bruce Willis character has all the depth and development you want, but since the movie was marketed to kids, it was pretty clean.

check here for lists and for reviews if you like. They have the recent ones.
Ugh. Sites like that just leave me feeling so sad. What's the point of engaging in a movie at all if you approach them as being nothing more than a series of isolated scenes with no larger context?
