He's proving that she never led a prosecution by searching for her name in appellate cases? He really needs to get a refund on his law degree. That's not how that works at all.

I should have added retired.

He did retire as a command sergeant major. His rank was reduced AFTER he retired. So he's not a retired CSM, but he did in fact retire as one.

It seems there are lots of cases where one political side or the other does not like what Harris did when prosecuting a case. Here is one:

The right does not like that she did not seek the death penalty. Ironically that is a moot point as the jury acquitted on first degree murder and only convicted of second degree.

It is worth pointing out that when there is a death penalty conviction it costs the state millions of dollars more because of appeals.

She's listed in dozens of appellate court cases. I Found 2 where she was either listed as the only attorney or the first attorney listed, which I am assuming means she was lead, but not really sure. But so what? Like was already pointed out, she never touted being lead on anything, just that she was a prosecutor, which she was.

There are other threads where the close connection between Trump and P2025 is explored pretty carefully.

The most solid result is the judgement that Trump was P2025 gung ho based on his own statements and his affinities for almost all the authors, and that he subsequently disavowed it when he discovered the electoral centrist distaste for many of the contents.

These are judgements. Not statements of fact that are true or false. But they are based on sound reasoning.

If he’s correct, it’s the equivalent of Walz’s claim of retiring as a Command Sergeant Major.

She was an Assistant DA in Alameda County for something like 8 years IIRC. I presume she would've tried something in that time.
