I understand that in Kosher laws one should not eat animals that eat other animals. So is tuna Kosher? It has fins, but it also eats other fish.

I know the NT says. I asked if it was Kosher not for your opinions on Paul. You could ask the L-rd and see what He says. Whether or not I or anyone else things it to be kosher or unkosher doesn't matter. What does the New Testament say? What did Paul teach about clean and unclean things? What was Paul's personal opinion concerning the state of all animals on earth?
No, I know shrimp is not Kosher (right?), but I was curious about tuna because while it has fins, it also eats other animals.fish should have fins and scales.

Arg.The point I was trying to make is that it is kosher or unkosher depending on your faith. You don't need anyone making that decision for you. The Holy Spirit can guide you into the right view according to your faith.

Tuna fish accumulate toxic mercury in their flesh as a result of industrial pollution, and the side effects of mercury poisoning include finger curling, cognitive impairment, and coordination problems.

Interesting! Thanks for the information. That is definitely food for though (so to speak)The regular Tuna is a skin fish, no fins or scales. The only Tuna that is clean is "Albacore Tuna". This tuna has very few scales. This has just enough to be classified as fins and scales, but is more expensive then regular.
There has been much discussion as to the Kosher status of canned fish (such as tuna and skinless sardines), in situations where the supervision of the cannery is based upon spot checks and each fish is not checked by the Mashgiach. Many authorities are reluctant to accept the Kosher status of such fish (see Igros Moshe Y.D. II:8, IV:1).
