Is "JESUS" & hindu god "LORD KRISHNA" same?

i beg to differ. Jesus most certainly provided teachings on how a Christian should conduct themselves and so forth. depending on one's particular theological tradition, it is the Holy Spirit that indwells the human, not Jesus, per se.

Well, he did restate what is right, but Jesus did not provide the teachings, they were already there from the Old Testement from when Father gave them to Moses. Jesus did help us to understand them better and then gave us the ability to internalize them... mostly through his crucifixion... that's where he showed us how to defeat Satan and self... and then of course...his resurrection. Hense "I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless, I live...yet not I but Christ lives in me..." Gal. 2.20

Since the Christian base line is the Bible, that's where Christians learn what God requires of us... most of all to do what is just, to show constant love, and to live in humble fellowship with our God. Micah 6.8 ... but the Bible also makes it clear that we need a download of God Himself to even want to do righteously...out of many scriptures that provide that info, here is one..."For it is God who works in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure." Philippians 2.13. I have never found righteous behavior something that I could do in my own strength. It's hateful, and selfish behavior that comes naturally.

The Bible declares that Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are One, and in Colosians 1.27 it says "Christ in you is the hope of glory" from this I say Jesus' Spirit indwells the believer...his Holy Spirit.



But this is quite a bit off topic. Are Krishna and Christ the same person? Not according to the Bible.

LORD KRISHNA(avtar of second trinity vishnu) gave us "GEETA" which hindus made there holly book.....remake of KRISHNA is jesus and jesus didnt gave us anything ....except bible.....which was not written by him...but by some ordinary people...so bible is a book written by these ordinary people who wanted to create revolution for there own stomach and so they gave LORD KRISHNA a new name CHRIST ( KRIS...HNA * KRIS...T - SEE SIMILARITIES) and tried to create new religion and were sucessfull.

for those who says SANATAN DHARM (hinduism) contains elements of christanity (plz use ur mind).....SANATAN DHARM (hinduism) is the oldest living religion on this earth...even 3000 years older than concept of christanity....and proved many times.

but here i must say...its feeling towards LORD KRISHNA which matters not the names KRISHNA or JESUS.

i love "LORD KRISHNA" very much....so i accept and love jesus as a remake of his life story.

Lol, while I agree with you about Sanatana Dharma being the oldest religion on earth, I don't think those other statements will sit too well with the Christians here. I can't wait to see the evangelists' response

"BHAGAVAD GEETA" is the word of god , far from small things and boundaries of religions , universally applicable , practical , source of sprituality , shows a real way towards god .

GEETA taught us god is one but present on this earth in many forms , GEETA is a base of hindu religion (and hence all religions) , GEETA teaches us complex VEDAS in a simple language, GEETA explains most important secrets of sprituality , rebirth and law of karma's very logically.

GEETA is a book for human civilization, we all should learn from it .

may LORD KRISHNA , ALLAH , JESUS (or whatever u call him) bless u all.

The belief that the same God manifested Himself in Krishna and Jesus is closest to my idea... When Krishna says in the Gita "Whenever there is a decline in dharma... and a rise in adharma, I incarnate Myself" (Gita 4:7) I think this is the Divine speaking and you will find a similar statement in the Gospel of John "I have made Your Name known to them and will continue to make it known..." John 17:26

So God manifests Himself through His Messengers and Prophets from age to age...

6000 years ago ,LORD KRISHNA had told in HOLY GEETA...In whatever form u will worship me , I will come to u in that form.

those who worsip him as KRISHNA , he comes to them as KRISHNA.
those who worship him as formless, he comes to them as formless power.
those who worship him as image of jesus , he comes to them in that image of jesus.
