Is Christianity and Judaism the only religions with evidence?

I'm not a 100% what its called, the Torah (Tanakh, Jewish Bible). And the Bible has proven prophecy.

While The Quran has many failed prophesies.

Outside of the Abrahamic religions, I heard in the Hindu Vedas it is said that the Earth is held up by an elephant ontop of a turtle, Jainism with Earth being flat. Everything outside is all mythology with flaws? It looks so.

I do not agree with the elephant analogy that the claim is all religions are the same and we all just have a portion of truth. Because whoever makes that claim has to be all knowing and they are not.

It is probably safe to say that Christianity and Judaism, out of all the great religions of the world, are the only ones that base their beliefs upon a documented trail of actual historical events. And as we know, it is largely the same one for the two of them.

Confucius wasn't real? Or would we say that Confucianism isn't a religion? Or what? [I think I might message the moderators to have this thread moved.]

I noted that the other two are based on a known history through which beliefs are developed or unfolded over time as recorded in the Torah, the Bible, etc. Perhaps it would have been clearer if I had said "a long history" instead of "trail of actual historical events."

Unless I am mistaken, this particular kind of foundation is not the basis of belief and/or practice among Confucians. That isn't saying that "Confucius wasn't real" or that Confucianism is not one of the world's great religions.

.

Most mythology is symbolic and though many might take it literally many do not. Many gods in Hinduism and yet they are all expressions of only one God.
