How do you pronounce Philemon?

A friend and I were "debating" this yesterday, and I'm wondering what the correct pronunciation is.

I say phil (as in the name phil)-a (short a) moan..

But you say toe-may-toe... I say to-mah-toe. Let's call the whole thing off.

My friend says it like herev.
I say it like Miss Shelby, except the last part, I say "mon" like a Jamaican, not like "moan."

Personally, I'll stick to my pronunciation until someone in the church officially tells me otherwise.
