Here's Evidence of Twin Flames in the Bible

Besides being a strong hold of tradition in marriage for the Jews, it has been touched on in the OT and NT.

Without trying to explain it way too much - because of God's great mystery in His Fiat [Will]
I can only conceive my thoughts thus far.

Rebecca was Isaac's twin soul.
The men were sent out to find her.
The women chosen had to be the antidote of Eve who was the 1st Twin Soul to Adam.

I carefully combed the scriptures of Genesis and creation of man and woman.
As we all know - she was formed from his rib... part of him physically.
But i did not find where God then breathed life into her.
Perhaps God divided Adam's soul - his essence - and the image of God when He formed Eve.
For God's spirit of man was then shared.
This is why they were united in perfection before the fall and at the time felt no pain.
Until the fall of course.
It says God formed them in Our Image [Trinity]
Adam was the original embodiment of mankind. God is the embodiment of all mankind.
So to make them complimentary and a perfect fit - God divided the essence of Adam thus making one into two to rejoin and be as one.
This means God took certain 'aspects' from Himself He put into Adam and then gave them to Eve. Such as 'what the world understands as feminine vs masculine'
He gave the softer aspects to Eve to be a helper to keep the male content and seek comfort in her.
[This is all theory - since we were not there]
This is how His spirit resides in both and when both come together they form a single unit as one - as God is one.
Although not to be confused ever with God Being a woman...He embodies both but the man was first and thus the man was given the strength and masculine qualities.
That is the stronger essence that God is. It does not make the woman less - but the weaker one who needs the masculine and the masculine needs the feminine to be complete in each other.
What God has joined - let no man put asunder.
This has a very complicated meaning behind it.
For God has already chosen who He made for another...which is directly why abortion becomes a great evil. The will of God is destroyed..

But i am not getting too much into the first couple, just stating what i noticed and feel to be interesting.

So ANY-way - I watched the movie Full of Grace... the other day. A movie about MARY and her life after the Resurrection of the Lord.
Each day she went to her garden and sat and meditated on the Lord.
She missed Him greatly and lived 10 years on earth without Him and all she wanted to do was reunite.

So, as I saw her death [most peaceful because she was so hopeful for a reunion] that when all was said and done, Peter remarked on her heart being pierced by a sword and how she felt all His pain during the crucifixion.

Usually, Twin Souls are very empathic to one another.
NOT all are romantic.
But all have a purpose from God.
And it almost 100% of the time the woman must be close to God to help the male.
Now - Jesus did not need help - per say as we think - but she had to nurture Him, raise Him, she taught Him scriptures when He was so young, she kept Him going during the Passion to go to His death [which He could have just disappeared as He did many times in the crowd] and as He was fasting on the mountain it says at the end..
Luke 4: [13] And all the temptation being ended, the devil departed from him for a time. [14] And Jesus returned in the power of the spirit, into Galilee, and the fame of him went out through the whole country.
That is not say he would do such a thing - for He was obedient to the full will He was part of - that of the Father and Himself.
But it must be remembered - how He truly laid down His life for humanity.

Scriptures tell us Simon prophesied that her heart would be pierced with a sword and she would read hearts. [Thats and empathic nature] but moreover; it's also somewhat similar to when twin souls recognize the other. Or at least for the female.

So, Mary the Mother of the Lord, did not just feel her pain in seeing her Son...
But she intimately 'felt' all His pain.. His heart breaking, His weight He carried.
The sword was the place they connected and because the Lord also knew her heart so strong as none other - He continued on in strength to save us all - via her great love for Him.
She was the epitome of innocence and love among humanity.
She was His strength when the flesh was beaten and weakened.

Of course this is my opinion - after watching the movie and reading so much about Twin Souls.
That the woman is the care taker of the man's soul and strengthens him - is very much a long held belief among the Jewish tradition.
For God desires a woman to be close to God for the man's sake.
I suppose for the purpose of Eternity - and life.
It is the helper - that serves to be the model of godliness to bring the man to his own closeness to God.

I have read it many times - the woman takes a journey away from the twin soul - and grows closer to God - and then returns when the time is right. Usually 20 years.
Then they join in Divine Love.
Which has so many meanings... as does all of scriptures and God formed will.

The man relies on the woman to bring him to God.
Which as i said is the antidote of Eve tearing Adam and herself away from God.

Yes, women have a very large role in humanity - they just must understand they are a role model of Christianity and virtue.
Thus assisting in men doing the same.
She acts as faith - he speaks of that faith.
Thus priests are men.

I might be incorrect... as i am only human, but i have reading a lot on this subject and it wasnt until that movie and reading that a woman in Jewish tradition of twin souls must be Godly - that things made sense.

Remember; Our Lady was the teacher in all things to the flesh of the Lord. Being His mother - she had to be grace filled and in raising God - she had to be without sin - so she would not misstep in her role model.
For He was perfect - thus to share in the heart [each others pain] she had to be epitome of sinless.

I cannot explain further on the union of Mother and Son - it's not of ability to understand it. But I firmly believe via scriptures that Twin Souls exist and for a purpose.

It's just not something anyone in Catholicism remembers or understands.
But it is in history it is found.

Perhaps it is not the most important topic - in Catholicism, but so many remark on the pain of Mary - I dont think they understand just how much she felt of His pain other than just seeing her beloved Son be crucified.

And yet one more reason why - she had to be sinless.

This looks like it has the potential to be some interesting discussion.
I'm not even done.
Because i have to get going...
But i have been fighting the urge to discuss this - but it kept coming to me over and over that Jesus and Mary had this union.

However; i have more i will reflect on at Mass in the presence of the Bishop.

Sometimes my thoughts get blocked, so i have to recall what else i felt about this.

I have had a very similar revelation. I was reading scripture one night and realized that God is not non-gendered but both genders. I was in bed and woke my husband to share it with him. So glad to find someone else who has found a similar revelation!!
