And unless you're from the Bible belt you can't just ask out random people if you want to date christians!
But I've just been thinking that for lots of guys it's fairly hard to ask girls out who go to their church if it's small-medium sized. Is it a valid excuse or not?
I got thinking about it because I saw a couple photos/videos from a family friends church. Decent looking girl, seems to have a good personality too. I asked my friend/aquantance on the off chance if she was single. His reply was that she was but most of the single guys in the (small, medium- about 20 or 30) church wanted to go out with her. Thing is they live about 3 hours away. I'm prob going to see if I can come up with a way of dating her (ie the least stakerish- prob through the family friend)... I'd like her to say yes, but if it's no? It doesn't really matter, the worst that can happen is my baby-wedding desperate parents might annoy me about it.
But what's keeping the guys from ballsing up and asking her out (coz from the message it seems that def not everyone who likes her has asked, maybe some)? Obviously I and you don't know for sure, but what are some of the typical reasons?
Want the girl to show (lots of) intrest. Don't want to ruin the "friendship". Want to show the girl "respect" by [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] footing arround the issue and pretending not to be intrested "like that" if she shows the least hesitation? Afraid that the rest of the guys in the church won't like it. Trying but other guys activily sabotage. Hoping they can drift into a realtionship?
What other ones?
And guys, if there is someone you really like at your church then Flipping ask her out. How would you feel if she started dating some random guy who she knows through a friend because he didn't care if she said no? 'Coz I'm fully expecting most of the guys at her church to hate me if we do start dating in any way, let alone seriously
