Geese/ducks are they kosher?

Being on the farm feeding scraps to the chickens, I know they don't care about what meat it is, they will eat it. In fact, they fight over it like it is the prize.

I just stumbled onto an interesting perspective regarding chickens, geese, and ducks. Zachary Bauer is Torah observant.

What I've personally noticed in the current discussion is a lack of knowledge and applicable understanding of Torah with kosher(kashrut) principles.

According to Torah.
If even a clean animal were available for food when living.
Upon death and becoming a corpse on the wayside for carrion to eat.
It becomes unclean for consumption by those who walk The Terrain of Torah with diligence.

Where as the fisherman that walks the sandy shores of both fresh and salt water will find living muscles(oysters) and take into consideration a food that is clean to touch.
Then with the provision of clam meat an individual will be able to catch small or large fish.

With and if smaller fish are used as bait, larger fish will be caught.

Through out such a precise process.
By no means does the fish become unclean for consumption based on its diet.

Ducks and Geese are not for human consumption, nor prey for sport hunting.

They serve a valuable role in cleansing bodies of water.
