Free Catholic Music and Gregorian Chant?

Hi everyone. Does anyone on here know where I can find some free Catholic music that is orthodox in its lyrics and also some free Gregorian Chant?

Gregorian chant is the central tradition of Western plainchant, a form of monophonic liturgical chant in Western Christianity that accompanied the celebration of Mass and other ritual services. This vast repertory of chants is the oldest music known as it is the first repertory to have been adequately notated in the 10th century. Thanks for the information Sphinx. However, I'm not really looking for information about Gregorian Chant and Catholic music but I am looking for places to download the music free and legally.

Although the original Gregorian sheet music is in the public domain, recorded performances are copyrighted and are not. There is very little chant posted on the internet for listening. I would love to find an "all chant all the time" station.

LOL. I have been asking the same thing for quite a while, but come to realize, we will never find out.

We will only find out about the facts and definitions regarding topics, and never really know the real Sphinx.

So to me, Sphinx is just sphinx, and keeps us all up on the dictionary or encyclopedia descriptions. He He. Kind of funny actually.

He came around a while back. As far as I know, he's a mysterious poster and male. And that's about it. He seems pretty considerate though towards our Holy Catholic Religion nonetheless.
