I was aware of this struggle between Trinitarianism and Arianism. The interesting thing about this is that this battle was described to happen in the New Testament. Why do you think the Apostles fought so hard to maintain Orthodoxy.

Also, anyone with logic application skills can apply the New Testament we have now to the Old Testament that has been around for over two millenniums and find they relate is format and presentation. However, if you take the gnostic Arian documents, you'll find a good reason why they were left out of the canonization. They they didn't have historical relevance. They were either heavy in gnostic teachings, or explored irrelevant periods in the person's life. They often went into great detail about heaven and earth; characteristic of gnostic teachings.

The decision that Constantine made was God given, in my opinion. I don't think God would have let His truth be watered down. That would have failed the generations thereafter and would have doomed them all to confusion and death. Our God is an awesome God. Praise be to Jesus Christ!
