For those who pray in tongues long hours a day

Hello dear bothers and sisters!!
I just apply beautiful practice of tongues for personal edification and I was reading verses in the book Walkin by the spirit the walk of power, and the subject was about praying in tongues silently, or out louder. Iam fascinated and excited about the practice and want to apply it much as possible, I have come across also some youtbers who made videos and some mention of praying without ceasing, that means silently in spirit, and if I understood correct, then we can pray all times and do other activities while praying in tongues, some even succeed reading bible same time, wich is amazing.
I have gone purging process aswell it seems truly changing personality in heart level. Such a blessing, it can be hard, but I push trough and thatswhy I want to ask people who have experience how do apply prayer without moving ur mouth? I heard that can be done even without moving tongue whatsoever..???

PS!! Hopefully I dont get into debate here whether tongues are for today, in fact no-one can convince me anymore that its not!!

Well, not non-stop... but continually insomuch that throughout the day, as life events occur, there is prayer, which seems to always, or at least most of the time, evolve into tongues. This happens because I run out of English words, and the "movement" in my spirit is not exhausted. When I run out of English words, I just move into tongues mode. Be it thankfulness/praise, burden/intercession. Praying in tongues is nothing more than expressing those "movements" or "compelling" and speaking forth from those inner movements. God hears those expressions of the inexpressible and knows the meanings.

If u know there is also way to grow our spirit man, and we can pray as much as we want. As I said, I want to ask people who have prayed long hours and know what I mean by this post U can pray tongues for 24 hours, it has effect, what I notice It purges hidden sins out, brings things impurities under surface and so on. It is amazing gift from God. I have read people who pray years for hours a day and they walk in holiness, close to God and power. But good thing is that it brings out all impurity in us, to repent and Holy Spirit helps us to get rid of. some people just pray 5 minutes per day and that's it, but I ask about hours. We can praise and pray for hours, but out flesh dont know what to pray align with Gods will into our lives, I thought its superficial and so on, I was just focusing on people who deport have fellowship other then small prayer here and there., and they dont belive in the fact that u can walk and know God closer and closer by prayer in spirit, waiting on the God and talking to as father. I got just rid of religious mindset coz I was in, and since seem I have grown immensely just few weeks with God. So I wish to get rid of the pride and these, and praying in spirit really shows into my. face my pride and all that...

I recommend to pray just and see it urself the effects :O

I think the longest I ever prayed in tongues was about four hours straight. I came home from work (I worked the first shift), and my wife went to work in the evening. While she was gone, I decided to do what you seem to be suggesting... just pray with unknown tongues for a long stretch. At about the 4-hour mark, something happened. I was still young in the faith and really could not put a finger on what it was... but something changed within me. It was not overpowering, but it lingered for some time... it did not go away... I think I just became adjusted to the change.
This was about 1978.

I think the CEV version (as well as others) introduces an excellent insight into the process and effects of continually praying in the Holy Ghost.


Jude 1:20 CEV
20 Dear friends, keep building on the foundation of your most holy faith as the Holy Spirit helps you to pray.

This expands the understanding that as you pray, you build upon the foundation of your faith (what is already there). This means that as you practice paying in unknown tongues, it progressively adds to your faith and builds you (constructs) up. It does not merely encourage you but takes you up to new, higher levels of spiritual growth.
I recommend it to all. But don't mind me... just do as the above verse says.

Yes it can change lot, flesh doesn't want to pray, spirit is always willing
