I still think it's childish to worry about what someone is wearing. Now, BCP is more grown up, and this is why I put my faith in the law to keep the government in check.
Which is why it is troublesome to consider that the man may be putting his loyalty to Trump ahead of his loyalty to the law. We'll have to wait and see. If it is just a matter of the indivdual's personal bad taste then there is no problem. If the pins start appearing on other Trump officials then there is definitely a problem.
I'm sure you liberals will catch this before it gets out of hand. I have no opinion of bad taste when it comes to what they wear, and I appreciate Feterman's authenticity; I don't judge people over little things.

The comparison to Mao wasn’t to say Trump is a communist. It’s to show the similarities in the personality cults around these two figures and how loyalty to them personally is seen as the highest virtue.
At least Mao got something done, as much as we dislike what he did. It's easy to form a cult around a successful leader. What we've got is Benny Hill impersonating William McKinley. It's amazing that anybody could make a cult out of that.
