The rules of equality explain this phenomena all across the West. Naturally, everybody within countries should be equal - have an equal outcome. But this applies to countries too. You can't have 1st world countries in a world of equal. Hence, they are flooded with poor immigrants.

The “sneaky “ part is allowing and encouraging illegals to come here in large numbers in violation of current immigration law. The job of the President is to defend the citizens of this country by honoring and defending the Constitution and he has failed.
